The School
We will:

create a happy, welcoming and secure environment, encouraging Christian values and teaching

work towards every child achieving his or her full potential as a valued member of the school community

ensure the best possible education for every child academically, socially and emotionally

treat all children fairly and consistently

promote high standards of work and behaviour through building good relationships and developing a sense of responsibility

ensure each child’s entitlement to a broad and balanced curriculum

hold regular consultation evenings to discuss each child’s progress

let families know of concerns or problems that affect their child’s work or behaviour

be open and available to discuss concerns and suggestions

set, mark and monitor classwork and homework in accordance with school’s policies
The Family
We will:
-
ensure that our child attends school regularly, on time, dressed in school uniform and is properly equipped

promptly inform the school of the reasons for any absence
-
support the school in maintaining good behaviour and discipline in line with school policy
-
support our child in homework and other opportunities for home learning and communicate concerns through the home/school diary or personal contact
-
attend parents’ evenings and curriculum information meetings in order to discuss our child’s progress
-
support the endeavours of the school whenever possible and its Christian ethos and values.

The Pupil

wear my school uniform correctly and be tidy in appearance

complete my classwork and homework as well as I can
